Free In-Store Decorating Advice
Bring in your new house plans or take pictures of an existing room in your home and Home Decor Outlet will guide you through our showroom while suggesting unique wall art and adding decorative accessories that reflect your own personal style. We can assist you in the foundation of placing new or existing furniture. We can help you select flower arrangements that are available on your showroom floor or suggest flowers and/or containers for a custom floral arrangement exclusively for you. No appointment is necessary and the service is FREE.
Interior Decorating
Home Decor Outlet provides an interior decorating service with the option to receive as
much or as little help as you need. We can formulate a plan to add a few accessories to your room or fully furnish your entire home. We will gladly use any of your existing home decor and furniture that will contribute to the final design plan. A professionally decorated home by Home Decor Outlet leaves you with a satisfied feeling of accomplishment. Finally, you can relax and enjoy your new space. HOLIDAY AND SEASONAL DECORATING SERVICES
This decorating service is our personal favorite. We start setting up our Christmas trees and displays in our showroom around October 1st. Last year, we fully decorated nine different Christmas trees that were “decked out” with different color schemes and all the trimmings. Home Decor Outlet can decorate your entire home with custom holiday details that will make your season “glitterful.” We carry in stock a huge selection of unique holiday decor like trees, ornaments, ribbon, tear drops, wreaths, and centerpieces. You can be sure to find decorations that fit your personal holiday style from traditional to whimsical and anywhere in between. Please contact us early to book the actual date of installation. We start booking Christmas consultations as early as the first week of September due to the small window of decorating time. Then, visit the showroom soon for the best selection of holiday decor.

Please contact us for a quote. Charges for this service may be an hourly rate or a flat rate dependent upon the extent of service. This service usually requires the need for a team of decorators due of the amount of time it takes for set-up that may include any deliveries, unpacking, decorating, and cleaning up.
CUSTOM FLORAL DESIGNS
Home Decor Outlet has a full-service silk floral department where we can create a custom floral design that will complement your home’s interior. Remember, we buy in bulk to get
the best price available and this includes our floral department. We have a large selection of colorful floral stems, textured grasses, and lush ferns. Whether you are picking out stems for a custom arrangement to be created by us or originating your own floral design, Home Decor Outlet can provide assistance. Greenery can add life to a room. Placing a potted fern in a corner or in the foyer will soften the lines of walls and fill those empty spaces. By adding an oversized flower arrangement on your dining room table or placing tall, colorful arrangements on your mantle with colors selected to accent your room’s decor could result in being the central focal point of the room. The phrase “staging a home” means that the property has been outfitted with fresh paint, furniture-arranging and alluring accessories that are purposely placed to show off the home’s best features, tone down its weaknesses, and create the best possible showcase for buyers. Studies show that a staged home is proven to be more appealing to a greater number of potential buyers which could result in quicker sales and higher returns than homes that are not staged. Home Decor Outlet uses specific techniques when staging your home that results in many advantages in a competitive real estate market. We always say the cost of having your home staged is less than your first price reduction.
The best time to stage a home is before listing it on the market, but you should absolutely
consider our staging services & strategies, even if your home is already listed. Start by setting up an in-home staging consultation and we will clarify what the target market is for the home, evaluate each room individually as we analyze the room’s best features and determine the focal point of each room. After the initial consultation, we will provide you with a checklist of minor repairs that will get your house in tip top shape before the staging begins. We can provide you with a list of service companies that will help you expedite this step. After your checklist is completed, select one of our staging services and then we will begin the process of staging your home.
Home Decor Outlet offers three levels of service when staging your home:
- Room-by-Room Focus
- Full Service Staging
- Full Service Staging with Furnishings
Room-by-Room Focus is our most popular home staging service. This is our fastest technique to get your home ready to show. Room-By-Room Focus allows you to select a one room staging price or get a greater value with our four room staging price which includes the four central rooms in your home - the foyer, central living area, kitchen/breakfast area, and the master bedroom/bath. Room-by-Room Focus starts with your in-home staging consultation where we will provide a checklist of minor repairs before the staging begins. During the consultation, we will decide the room’s best features, focal points, furniture arrangement, and lighting, etc. After the initial staging consultation and when your checklist is completed, we can begin staging your home. During the staging process, we will rearrange furniture where needed, create “vignettes” that will accent the best features of your home and create alluring focal points that will spark the buyer’s interest. In most cases, this part of the staging service can be completed in one day. After your home has been staged, the buyer is able to focus on visualizing their own possessions in the uncluttered space.
Full Service Staging is utilized when you choose to have every room in your home staged. This is our most productive technique to get top dollar for your home because it leaves no room untouched. All phases in our Full Service Staging mirror our Room-by-Room Focus and includes every room in your home. We will start with your in-home staging consultation. When your checklist is complete, we will return to make over your home by creating conversational furniture arranging, focal points, and “vignettes” that will appeal to the buyer. This level of staging creates a harmonious flow and allows your home’s true personality to shine.
Full Service Staging with Furnishings is our premier service to homes that are vacant or have almost no furnishings. This is a technique that we use to create a lasting impression in the buyer’s mind. A property with little or no furnishings is visually challenging to the buyer. Home Decor Outlet will purposely place furniture and home decor to create “vignettes” that will accent the best features of your home and create impressive focal points within the space. Our showroom is filled with merchandise that is available for purchase as well as short or long-term loan.

COLOR CONSULTATION
Merely painting a room can be one of the most cost effective ways to add drama to your space. Color coordination can sometimes be very frustrating when trying to pull one room together, let alone your entire home. Let Home Decor Outlet simplify the process of selecting various paint colors and finishes by setting up an appointment for a color consultation. During your color consultation, we will explain the differences between paint finishes, discover your personality, and help you select a color scheme. We will also update you on the top trends in color. After your color consultation, you will be able to make a decision on a color scheme that reflects your style and personality.

NEW HOME OR REMODELING SERVICES
Home Decor Outlet can aid in the selection of materials during the process of new home construction or remodeling. We help you make solid decisions in reference to paint colors, countertops, lighting, and flooring. The process of building is exciting and chaotic at the same time. Let Home Decor Outlet make this process less stressful by helping you choose materials and colors to ensure a long-lasting style for your new home or remodeling project.
New Home Construction Services Fees …. Consultation is $50.00 per hour (one hour minimum) and the service fee is $50.00 per hour (one hour minimum.)
SHOPPING SERVICES
Home Decor Outlet will be glad to assist you with any shopping outside our showroom. If your schedule already requires your extra time or you just need help in making the rest of your decorating decisions, let us do your shopping either for you or with you. We can help you choose items that we do not normally carry in our showroom like antique furniture, bedding, linens, and even lighting.
Shopping Service Fees ….. $50.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
TABLETOPPERS & TRIMMING SERVICE
For your next party or special event, let Home Decor Outlet make this occasion memorable by designing unique centerpieces and superb trimmings for your table tops. We have many
kind of floral containers in our showroom that can be used for several different reasons other than just filling them up with flowers. Home Decor can also be used on party tables to create unusual table displays. Let us meet with you for a consultation where we can assist you in devising a theme for your event. A theme can help us fabricate original table toppers, develop key features or focal points, and create a foundation for the event. Once a theme is formulated, we go back to our showroom and begin preparations. After a scheduled time is planned for set-up, we will then focus on creating an exciting ambiance for you and your guests.
Tabletoppers and Trimming Service Fees …. The consultation fee is $50.00 per hour (one hour minimum) and the service fee is $50.00 per hour (one hour minimum) after the initial consultation.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
A Home Decor Gift Certificate is our trouble-free method of trying to choose the perfect gift for anyone. Our gift certificates can be purchased for any dollar amount in our showroom or by phone. We can then send the gift certificate inside the gift card envelope directly to you or the recipient. Gift certificates can be redeemed either for merchandise in our showroom or for any one of our beneficial decorating services. Home Decor Outlet has so much to offer you and your recipient. With our large showroom full of merchandise in which new items are added weekly and many different services to help you with all of your decorating needs, anyone can appreciate and enjoy being the recipient of a Home Decor Outlet Gift Certificate.
